FISH & CHIPS
At PMF we love fish, we really do! We serve cod that is sourced responsibly from sustainable fish stocks which we cook until it’s succulent, tender and flaky and the batter is light and crunchy - and always to order. We serve twice cooked chips for an extra crunchy outside, yet soft and fluffy on the inside… just like us. We make all of our own sauces and sides as well so don’t be shy folks!

Our vegan Del Toro and panko halloumi go down a storm with veggies and vegans, in fact with anyone that appreciates really delicious food. And for what can only be described as a ‘spiritual experience’ our homemade Cheesecake with salted caramel & crushed nuts is pure enlightenment in every bite!
SAUCY…
Our Saturday night curry sauce has been cooked in the Hudgell household on Saturday nights for over 20 years and remains so up to the present day. The secret recipe is currently held in a safety deposit box in the Cayman islands and guarded by descendants of the Knights Templar….okay small exaggeration but you get the gist - oh and it’s available on weekdays too!
IT’S THE LITTLE THINGS
We use only the best oil for all our cooking – It’s high in Omega 9 (the good stuff in olive oil) and low in saturates as well as being GM free and allergen free. All of our packaging is either recyclable or compostable and we are delighted to have achieved the Surfers Against Sewage Business Champion status for taking steps to remove single use plastic from our business….every little helps as they say.
